Caring for your LOGGIÁ

A little care goes a long way. Here is how to look after your bag, along with everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Caring for leather

  • When you are not using your bag, empty it and store it upright in a breathable cotton bag, away from direct sunlight and heat, so it keeps its shape and colour.
  • Keep it away from water, oils, make-up and perfume.
  • If it gets wet, blot it gently with a soft, dry cloth and let it dry naturally at room temperature. Never use a hairdryer or radiator.
  • Avoid overfilling, which can stretch the leather over time.
  • Test any cleaner or conditioner on a small hidden area first.

Polished leather. Buff gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep its shine, and keep it away from sharp edges and rough surfaces that can mark the finish.

Croc-embossed leather. Dust with a soft, dry cloth, working in the direction of the pattern so nothing catches on the raised scales. If you use a conditioner, choose a light, colourless one, apply it sparingly and buff off any excess so it does not build up in the grooves. Keep it away from rough surfaces, which can scuff the raised texture. Lighter shades such as Ivory can pick up colour from dark denim.

Pebbled leather. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Use leather conditioner sparingly, testing it first on a hidden area. Lighter colours such as Ivory can pick up dye from dark denim.

Suede with smooth leather straps. Brush the suede gently in one direction with a soft suede brush, and keep it out of the rain, as suede marks easily when wet. Wipe the straps with a soft, dry cloth.

Supple leather. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. To keep the leather soft, use a small amount of leather conditioner now and then, testing it first on a hidden area.

Delivery & returns

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free and arrives in 5–10 working days. UK delivery only.
Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

  • Please return items unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging.
  • To start a return, send us a message with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
  • If you have changed your mind, return postage is yours to cover. If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover it.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. Return your bag for a refund and place a new order.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or proof that you have sent it back.
Payment

Pay securely at checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or a debit or credit card. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
