Refund policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on the LOGGIÁ website. LOGGIÁ is the trading name of Lucas Phillott, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. It does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it is delivered to you.

  1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Send us a message through our contact page, or email lucasphillott01@gmail.com, with your order number and the item you would like to return. You can use the cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.
  2. Send it back within a further 14 days. We will reply with the return address and instructions. You then have 14 days from the day you told us to post the item back.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging.

You are welcome to handle your bag as you would in a shop to check it. If an item comes back used, damaged or without its original packaging, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return postage

  • Change of mind: you pay for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, and please keep your proof of postage.
  • Faulty or wrong item: we pay for return postage. Contact us and we will tell you how to send it back at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Your refund

We refund you to your original payment method. Your refund is made within 14 days of the earlier of:

  • the day we receive the item back, or
  • the day you send us proof that you have posted it.

Standard UK delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund
  • after 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund

Contact us as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and a photo if you can.
