Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from the LOGGIÁ website. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Lucas Phillott, a sole trader trading as LOGGIÁ, based in the United Kingdom.
Address: 27 Farnham Croft, Leeds, LS14 2HR Phone: 07307 637094 Email: lucasphillott01@gmail.com
2. Who can order
Our website is for consumers buying for personal use. You must be 18 or over to place an order, and we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
3. Our products
We try to show every bag as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Leather and suede are natural materials, so small variations in grain, texture and colour from one bag to the next are normal and are not faults. Dimensions are approximate.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Standard UK delivery is free.
- You can pay by Shop Pay, Apple Pay or debit or credit card. Payment is taken when you place your order.
- If we discover that a price on our website was wrong, we will contact you before your order is sent. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. How the contract is formed
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order has been sent.
If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will let you know and will not charge you, or we will refund you in full if payment has already been taken.
6. Delivery
Delivery costs, times and other details are set out in our shipping policy. Your order is our responsibility until it has been delivered to you. It becomes yours once it is delivered and we have received payment in full.
7. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Full details, including who pays return postage, are in our refund policy.
8. Faulty items
We are required by law to provide goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our refund policy for how to contact us and what happens next.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, but not for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights in relation to the products.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If one happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and do what we can to reduce the delay.
10. Website content
All content on this website, including photographs, text and the LOGGIÁ name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
11. Your personal information
We use your personal information only as set out in our privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
